Madness Cycle – Return & Cancellation Policy

At Madness Cycle, we specialize in high-quality, custom Voyager trike kits. Because many of our products are built-to-order and ship via freight, please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment; Once an order has been picked up by the freight company, it can no longer be cancelled. If a shipment is refused, customer will be responsible for original freight charges as well as return freight.

30-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

The product must be unused and not installed
The product must be returned in original condition and packaging
The return must be approved in advance by Madness Cycle

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved in advance by Madness Cycle.

Returns sent without authorization will be refused and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

Tip: Include your order number, full name, and reason for return when requesting authorization.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the condition of the returned item and circumstances of the return.

Shipping & Freight Charges

All shipping charges are non-refundable
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including freight
If a shipment is refused and returned, the customer will be responsible for:
- Original shipping charges
- Return freight charges

These costs will be deducted from the refund.

Inspection Upon Delivery (IMPORTANT)

All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery.

Before signing for your shipment:

Carefully inspect the packaging for any visible damage
If damage is present, you must note it on the delivery receipt
Take clear photos of the damaged packaging

Neither Madness Cycle nor MTC Voyager will pay for damages incurred during shipping. Shipping damages are the responsibility of the freight company, and if you do not document damage PRIOR to signing, you are accepting the item as-is.

Failure to properly document shipping damage may result in denied claims and the responsibility falling on the buyer.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be processed minus:

Any applicable restocking fees
Original shipping charges
Return freight charges

Final Sale Considerations

Due to the custom nature of our products, Madness Cycle reserves the right to limit or deny returns based on the condition of the product or circumstances of the order.
