Shipping policy

Shipping & Freight Charges

  • All shipping charges are non-refundable

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including freight

  • If a shipment is refused and returned, the customer will be responsible for:

    • Original shipping charges

    • Return freight charges

These costs will be deducted from the refund.

Inspection Upon Delivery (IMPORTANT)

All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery.

Before signing for your shipment:

  • Carefully inspect the packaging for any visible damage

  • If damage is present, you must note it on the delivery receipt

  • Take clear photos of the damaged packaging

Neither Madness Cycle nor MTC Voyager will pay for damages incurred during shipping.  Shipping damages are the responsibility of the freight company, and if you do not document damage PRIOR to signing, you are accepting the item as-is.

Failure to properly document shipping damage may result in denied claims and the responsibility falling on the buyer.
